The Court of Appeal has determined that Judges are to be selected by the Judicial Services Commission

The Court of Appeal has determined that Judges are to be selected by the Judicial Services Commission and that the President must appoint a Judge selected by the JSC and has no discretion to refuse to appoint a Judge selected by the JSC, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
