Success in the Francistown Industrial Court

Armstrongs acted for Botswana Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) in a matter in which the National Amalgamated Local And Central Government And Parastatal Workers Union sought to be afforded recognition, in terms of the Trade Disputes Act, on urgency. We successfully opposed the application and the Francistown Industrial Court, dismissed the matter. The Union will have to apply for recognition in the ordinary course.
