Armstrongs Stays Ahead, With Yet Another Success in the High Court

Managing Partner, John Carr-Hartley was again successful in a trial in the High Court last week where he defended a claim based on a FIDIC Form of Contract against Armstrongs’ client Debswana Diamond Company relating to the construction of a road. The legal proceedings were withdrawn by the Plaintiff following the total destruction of the Plaintiff’s claim in cross examination.
